We provide federally compliant, hemp-derived CBD wellness products at no cost to approved recipients through a controlled, nonprofit assistance model.

As a board-governed public charity, we do not sell products and do not operate for profit. Assistance is supported entirely through donated resources and provided only after eligibility review to ensure accountability, compliance, and responsible stewardship.

To maintain regulatory clarity and proper handling, CBD Pioneer Foundation does not store or distribute inventory directly. Product preparation, storage, and distribution are conducted through qualified third-party logistics and manufacturing partners operating in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements. This structure allows the Foundation to focus on charitable oversight, eligibility review, and mission stewardship.
